Welcome To PLAN4theLAND
In 2006, Plan for the Land society which is a non-governmental, non-profitable organization for the conservation of wildlife and biodiversity has been established. Also, since June 2020, we have started educating our stakeholders about sustainability. Here in Plan for the Land, we’re a team of young enthusiasts, amateurs and juniors in environmental sciences, with a strong commitment to perform our share of duties for the conservation of the outstanding biodiversity in our homeland, following the guidelines and directions by more experienced naturalists and specialists of conservation.
The main activities in this society are in one of the following five categories:
- Direct conservation field projects, including data gathering on latest status of the endangered species.
- Indirect conservation through promotion of sustainable livelihood and ecotourism reception in human societies in the surroundings of protected areas.
- Increasing public awareness on the importance of biodiversity and environmental conservation through educational programs for the residents of big cities; more focused on adolescents and children.
- Stirring up the innate sense of biophilia, through publication of artworks by nature photographers and illustrators on the beauty and charisma of our adored biodiversity.
- Educating different stakeholders about sustainability, corporate sustainability, corporate social responsibility and Sustainable Development Goals ( SDGs).
There must be a better way, a better plan, on how to become a part of our beautiful homeland, in harmony to the rest of life patterns whom in the vicinity of their niches, we’ve established ours.
