The Hawksbill sea turtle is one of the five turtle species in Iran which is extremely at risk of extinction. Also, as their nesting sites have been destroyed due to construction projects, the existing nesting sites are in need of protection.

Paniz Sazan Dana Company – producer of cast iron pans with the Nalino brand- is aiming to increase the public awareness regarding the sea turtle and contribute to their social responsibility by supporting the publication of the Hawksbill sea turtle book and training the residents of the Kish Island.
